
Law360, New York (April 24, 2017, 3:07 PM EDT) — A California ride-hailing company on Friday separately sued Uber and Lyft in California federal court for allegedly infringing its patent for a computer-based method of calling and dispatching drivers, which it says covers much of what the two other companies offer via their apps.
