The fourth feature, request for a guest, enables users to book a ride for a friend or family member within the same city or in a different city in India. The guest does not require a smartphone or the Uber app to view the estimated time of arrival of the cab or the drivers’ details but will be informed via text messages. This feature will also roll out in the next few weeks.
